The colorful neon blooms of Voice Of Triumph begin with a pale cream base that serves as the perfect canvas to display the glowing, electric eye of maroon to blue-purple and an ornate triple edge of maroon, blue-purple and bright gold over a gold to green throat. The scapes have three-four way branching with 16-21 buds and the rebloom is especially colorful and ornate.  Fertile both ways and vigorous. Was sold out in the garden for the second year in a row.
