Dark fuchsia rose self with excellent color saturation, ruffled petals, white picotee edge and yellow to green throat. Three to four-way branching with at least 20 buds and fertile both ways. Very tall scapes display the somewhat free-spirited blooms well above the foliage (and most of its garden peers!) SANDY BECKMAN won't be mistaken for anything else in the garden.
